Terry is CIOB qualified and has worked in the construction/energy efficiency industry for 28 years as a Project and Site Manager.
Prior to forming Solutions 4 Energy Limited Terry’s roles involved to production of the City of Lincoln’s Energy Efficiency Policy, Strategy, Initial HECA Report and implementation strategy. He also worked for Dearle & Henderson as the Project Manager responsibly for the delivery of Yorkshire Electricity’s EESOP 3 obligation.
Bob is a Chartered Engineer with thirty years experience in the Energy Sector and has worked for a number of major energy companies.
Bob has held a number of senior energy sector roles including heading up Eastern Energy / TXU’s Procurement and Supplier Management function and managing a number of energy efficiency initiatives including the development of new products and services. Bob also has considerable energy sector business development experience both in the UK and internationally.
Glenn is an Accountant who has over twenty five years experience in both industry and practice.
He worked in practice dealing with self employed and audit clients, over a wide spectrum of businesses, for over ten years before moving into industry where he became Finance Director for a production Company.
He joined Solutions 4 Energy in 2006.
Bill has worked in the construction and energy efficiency industry for over 30 years, having construction, energy efficiency and health and safety qualifications.
He has carried out different roles for a number of regional energy efficiency installation companies, liaising with local authorities and social housing providers managing the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (HEES), carrying out surveys and giving home energy efficiency advise to tenants. Bill has experience of managing sub-contractors carrying out works under the Warmfront heating grant scheme - including inspection of works and management of health and safety.
Andy has worked as a Business Development and Project Manager for over 20 years.
He has carried out different roles for a number of blue chip organisations, liaising with contractors, local authorities and HSE on numerous projects. Andy has a vast amount of experience in working with sub-contractors on various projects in a number of different industries inspecting works and managing Health and Safety. Skilled in strategic planning, account management, financial and budget controls.
A postgraduate in Environmental Policy and Management, Darren has over 10 years experience in the field of energy efficiency, primarily gained with local government.
Starting out as the first Energy Efficiency Officer for East Lindsey District Council, he produced the Council’s first Affordable Warmth Strategy, implemented its Home Energy Conservation Act (HECA) Strategy, established and managed the then Lincolnshire Energy Efficiency Advice Centre, within which he used his various marketing skills to deliver energy saving advice through the full range of media channels. Darren’s roles have included awarding energy saving grants, surveying and quality assurance inspections. More recently he helped established an Area Based Energy Saving Initiative whilst assisting in the management of a home energy advice team at Leeds City Council. Darren has chaired a number of regional local government forums and been an active member of several other regional and national groups, strengthening local government energy efficiency partnerships as well as helping inform marketing and energy saving strategy at all levels.
As the newest member of the S4 Team, Darren’s creativity, previous skills and understanding of local government working will help further enhance the quality and delivery of projects for our Social Housing Provider clients.
