During the latter part of 2008, S4 managed a time bound private homes scheme alongside its “annual” schemes. During this period, S4 demonstrated that it could secure capacity and deliver over £3 million of insulation works per month over a several month period. On another scheme we are managing a 3-year scheme with a social housing provider worth in excess of £8 million across multiple energy efficiency measures including, Fuel switching, cavity wall and loft insulation, external wall insulation and solar thermal installations. External funding includes CERT and LCBP (Low Carbon Buildings programmes) grants.
